The Sapphire Program is designed for the private practitioner who is ready to take a stand for their practice and move ahead with the action necessary to reach that dream practice! It consists of 10 four-week sessions.
Here are the Sapphire Program Details:
1. Start By Clarifying You, Your Target Market and Your Marketing Activities.
Confused about your ideal client or which marketing activities are best for you? You will have access to Casey’s recent 4-part video series, “More Clients for ME!” These recordings outline the four filtering questions that, when answered, will lead you to the marketing activities that will appeal best to your market and help you reap the most reward for your efforts.
2. Stay Up to Date with Marketing Best Practices and Trends
Every four weeks, you will be presented with a “best practices” segment. This might mean a livestream presentation with Casey. It might be an article, video, or audio by Casey on a marketing trend on “best practice” in a specific marketing area such as online or community marketing. It may even be a Q&A teleseminar. Each month the mode will vary to take in our various learning styles. Because the online accountability program allows us a window into your progress and challenges, the content of the ‘best practices’ segment will reflect what you are needing at the moment.
3. Stay on Track with Our Online Accountability Program
Daily you will have the opportunity to enter your efforts and challenges onto your Online Daily Progress Grid(see below). Every day you enter some comment or action, you get a green checkmark (and a dopamine hit but that is another story!)

Each one is a step toward more clients.
By providing a place for you to log in daily to write about your progress, you and other like-minded private practitioners will generate sustained momentum.
You will be in an online community with 10 – 15 other success-minded colleagues. Read what they’ve written to get ideas and offer your support and feedback. This can be your go-to place when you are creating lots of happy action in your practice – and when you need some encouragement because you may have slipped off track. And what is really great is that every 4 weeks, we start fresh with new progress sheets and new teaching content. So it is easy to get back on board if your motivation slipped a bit.
4. Stay Motivated with Online Coaching
We have two seasoned private practitioners, hand selected by Casey, who will roll up their sleeves and offer encouragement, support, and motivation to you. Each week, you will receive coaching questions from one of the sapphire Coaches designed to help you clarify your goals and encourage you to continue with the steps needed to fill your practice. Your Sapphire Coaches will also be side- by-side with you in the accountability program commenting on your progress each week.
Plus Downloadable copies and replays for all teaching content.
All teaching presentations or Q&A calls will be available within 4 hours for immediate (and repeated) listening or viewing in case you are unable to attend in person — or simply want to listen again for deeper impact.
